In real estate it's not just location, location, location.  It's also pricing. Unless your home is a trailer, there is not much that you can do about the first two but you have the last word on the other......the price. Price trumps location. Whether its a buyers' or sellers' market its the asking price that determines the amount of traffic your property will attract.
